But in all truth - this is the MOST COMPREHENSIVE book available totalling focusing on Women's Health and Beauty. A MUST READ!
  • As big as dieting and weight loss is, I was surprised this part of the book wasn't more extensive. I do want to say, the dieting information the author gives is good. I just wish there was a little more of it. If you are looking for a "diet book" this ebook is not for you.

  • Being a visual learner, I appreciated when Anik included illustrations and diagrams, I got the concepts straight away, espeically when he gave website examples. I just wish he included more of them.
  • If you don't like ducks, you're gonna find this ebook a little quirky. It's a lovely idea but by the end I was ducked out!
